Family First
Family First! is an emerging non-profit organization located in Warrenton, VA dedicated to helping society rediscover the power of the family unit and networking families together for positive change. Currently, Family First! is engaged in two primary activities, Community Needs Assessment, and the Angel Food Program. Angel Food is able to provide families with approximately $65 worth of quality nutritious food for $30, by buying food from first rate suppliers at substantial volume discounts. Angel Food does not use out-of-date food or inferior products. Family First! plans to launch additional programs and services in the coming year based on the findings of the Community Needs Assessment.

It is known for its quality of life and scenic beauty and received many awards for managing growth in such a way that protects its rich heritage, unique architectural features and open spaces. It received the coveted Preserve America Community Award from First Lady Laura Bush. Old Town Warrenton was recently named Prettiest Painted Places in America.

What is Needs Assessment?
Community Needs Assessment is a organized investigation into the needs and priorities of the community through a serious of interviews and surveys. The approach advocated by CCIR is a team based approach that combines the best of participatory and qualitative research leading to a planned action response.
